Welcome to Related Projects. Your use of the services and information on or through the website www.relatedprojects.net are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read all of the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not use or access the services on this website. Your continued use of the services on this website will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.   

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on the website. Any such terms and conditions as varied will apply to all transactions after posting. These terms and conditions are effective as of 01 May 2009.

About the Editions/
Authenticity is clearly identified in each edition description. Editions which are published in numbers greater than 500 copies may not be signed and numbered by the artists. All Limited Editions are signed, numbered and dated by the artists, or are supplied with an authentification certificate signed by the artist. We have taken great care to ensure you receive your edition in perfect condition. Some editions are fragile and it is strongly recommended that excessive handling of the edition be avoided. As with all artworks, it is best to avoid hanging above sources of direct heat, direct sunlight or in damp or humid conditions. There may be slight colour differences between editions as viewed on screen and the actual print colours. Related Projects does not accept responsibility for any such discrepancies.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY/

Dispatch and delivery/

- Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.  We will email you to notify you when your item has been dispatched. If we are unable to deliver your order within 21 days we will contact you to advise you of this. You will then have three options: To cancel the order and receive a full refund; to agree a substitution of the goods you ordered; or to accept a late delivery date.

- We make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery within Australia is done through Australia Post and international delivery is done through Australia Post International or Fedex. So your order is in safe hands. If your order hasn’t arrived don’t hesitate to contact us. We can track and trace your package.

- Please note that all shipments to OUTSIDE Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.

Returns & Refunds Policy/

In the event that any items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email at sales(at)relatedprojects.net. In the case of items received damaged or faulty please retain the items and contact us within 24 hrs of receipt. We may ask you to return the damaged or faulty goods to us straight away. Upon receipt of the goods by us, if they are damaged or faulty they will either be exchanged or we will provide a full refund of the cost of the items. In either case we will reimburse you the cost of returning the items to us and will pay the cost of delivering the replacement items to you.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT/

- Related Projects only accepts payment through Paypal.

- All payments must be in Australian dollars $AUD. The exchange rate that will apply at the time of purchase will be determined by your card issuer. For further information please contact your card issuer for further information on the applicable rates of exchange. You agree that we may issue you with invoices by electronic form by email. 

- All currency prices shown on this site except $AUD are approximate only and should be used as a guideline only. You will be charged at your credit/ debit card’s rate, which may differ.

- Related Projects  is a registered trading name and all payments must be made to Related Projects and will appear as such on your invoice. All payments are handled securely by Paypal (Internet Service Payment Providers). You agree to accept the terms and conditions imposed by Paypal for which please see www.paypal.com. Payment will be debited form your card before the despatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Paypal will email you an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. Related Projects will also then send you an email confirming your order and that the payment has been received by us. Please keep both of these  emails for your records. Related Projects does not hold you credit/ debit card details as all card data is securely processed by Paypal. When entering your card information please ensure your card details are correct. The invoice address provided must be the address where the card is registered.

- Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs will vary depending on where you are in the world and the size and weight of your item. Australia is a long way from most places. Delivery costs are shown in the Checkout area of the shop.

- We will begin supplying the goods you have ordered as soon as we have received payment in cleared funds. 

- We use all reasonable endeavours to ensure our website does not have any problems or errors and that the goods displayed are in stock and available. In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.

- In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such items listed at the correct price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue you a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
